Major changes in portfolio due to extreme volatility

The markets are being very volatile and this time around relative investor interest is being as volatile as the price movement which is very unusual. Based on that I have made major adjustments to my portfolio. I expect to keep adjusting as long as the volatility in relative investor interest continues.
